Electronic forms

These forms can be completed online and submitted to Lambeth.

You can also access the new rents and repairs service, which allows you to request non-emergency repairs online and to check the balance of your rent account.

Some users are experiencing difficulties completing some of our online forms when using Firefox, AOL and Opera browsers. We are currently working to resolve these issues as soon as possible and apologise for any inconvenience caused. In the meantime, we ask you to use an alternative browser (such as Internet Explorer) where possible. If this isn't possible, please contact the web team on webteam@lambeth.gov.uk and we will provide you with alternative contact details for your service request.

Printable forms

Not all Lambeth forms are available to complete online. Those which require a signature or payment are only available in PDF format, which can be printed off and returned to the council.

You will need to have the free software Adobe Reader loaded on your computer to use PDF documents.
