Finding information if pages are not completely accessible

While we have made every effort to make this site accessible and easy to use for everyone, some pages fall short of our accessibility standards.

We are working on improving the accessibility of those pages that do not work equally well with different browsers. In the meantime, please use this guidance to find the information you need.

Search

The search function at the top of every page does not work well with Mozilla Firefox or Opera. We working to fix this, but in the meantime please use our search page.

eForms

Some users are experiencing difficulties completing some of our online forms when using Firefox, AOL and Opera browsers. We are working to resolve these issues as soon as possible and apologise for the inconvenience caused.

In the meantime, we ask you to use an alternative browser (such as Internet Explorer) where possible. If this isn't possible, please contact the web team on webteam@lambeth.gov.uk and we will provide you with alternative contact details for your service request.
