Our intention is to make our website available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

However, it is possible that on occasion it may be unavailable for very short time periods to allow maintenance or other development activity.

Our website service standard is set at 99 per cent availability.

These statistics are generated using Google Analytics.

However statistics from up to October 2010 were generated by WebTrends analytics.

Please be aware the change in generating software has led to a drop in our usage statistics as they record their results differently.

Documents on the Lambeth website will be in Adobe PDF format or Microsoft Office formats such as Word or Excel. These formats determine what software you will need on you computer in order to be able to read them. This software is free and can be downloaded using the links below.
