What we cover

The area office manages properties in the Brixton area of Lambeth in the electoral wards of Coldharbour, Herne Hill, Tulse Hill and part of the Brixton Hill ward. 

There are approximately 1290 leaseholders and 4061 tenanted properties in the area.

The area office offers a range of related services to our residents, these include:

• Allocations
• Estate cleaning
• Grounds maintenance

7 days a week. They are open between 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday and 10am – 4pm Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.
