Leaseholders Council

Leaseholders Council has been in existence for over four years and is the recognised representative voice of Lambeth's leaseholders and freeholders who pay service charges. It acts as a consultative body on issues of borough-wide concern to service charge payers.

Lambeth Housing has divided the borough into 32 patches to enable more direct consultation. These patches hold annual meetings where they elect representatives to Leaseholders Council.

Leaseholders Council consists of an elected delegate from each of the 32 patches and up to four representatives elected by the tenant management organisations' (TMO) board members at the TMO Liaison Committee. They meet on a quarterly basis. The resident participation team services the meeting. For further information on Leaseholders Council read their terms of reference.
