Public Access for Planning database
The Public Access for Planning database allows you to view details of planning applications online, see lists of applications received and decided each week, check for property constraints, and view some of the documents associated with recent planning applications.
You can also submit comments on applications currently under consideration. Please note that when commenting on planning applications your reply, including your name and comments, will be available for inspection by the applicant and the public at the council's offices. When commenting on applications, you must supply your name and address as Lambeth Council will not consider comments submitted anonymously.
Please note: Public Access for Planning is only fully compatible with Internet Explorer v5.5 or above as certain features such as mapping do not work in other browsers. Web accessibility is very important to us and we are working to ensure that this application will be compatible with all browsers soon.

Disclaimer
Please Note: The Public Access system currently displays some property constraints that are no longer valid. The constraints labelled ‘UDP’ relate to the previous Lambeth Unitary Development Plan (UDP) and will soon be removed and replaced with constraints related to the current UDP. You can view details of the current UDP constraints on our UDP Proposals Maps.
At present, the data that the site draws on is incomplete, so Public Access for Planning must not be used as a substitute for carrying out a formal 'local land charge search'. The database includes details of applications dating back to 1986.
No responsibility will be taken for any errors or omissions in the planning history information obtained from Public Access for Planning. Similarly, the information in Public Access for Planning does not in any way constitute a formal notification of a planning decision, and as such any actions taken as a result of information displayed on the site are undertaken entirely at the viewer's own risk.
We aim to display the most up to date plans associated with the planning application, however occasionally an application may be revised after negotiations between the applicant and ourselves. This may sometimes mean that the drawings shown on the web are not the latest we have received. The latest drawings can always be viewed at the Town Planning Advice Centre.
Privacy
If you are an applicant and have any concerns about any of the information that we display through Public Access for Planning, please contact us using the details on this page. We will review your concerns against our policies and take appropriate action.

Plans, drawings and material submitted to the council are protected by the Copyright Acts (Section 47, 1988 Act). You may only use material that is downloaded and/or printed for consultation purposes to compare current applications with previous schemes and to check whether developments have been completed in accordance with approved plans.
