• The Department for Work and Pensions
  formerly the Benefits Agency) - The DWP is responsible for delivering support and advice to people of working age, employers, pensioners, families and children and disabled people. Its key aims are to help our customers become financially independent and help reduce child poverty.
• Local government ombudsman
  The Local Government Ombudsman investigates complaints of injustice arising from maladministration by local authorities and certain other bodies. If you think you have been unfairly treated by your local council and they have not been able to put things right, you can complain to the Ombudsman who may be able to help.
• Lambeth trading standards
  Have you bought some shoddy counterfeit clothes, or have you been overcharged at your local supermarket? If you have, the Trading Standards team would like to hear from you. The trading standards team works with consumers and traders to ensure fair business practices are used and that the risks from unsafe goods are reduced.

  The Commission for Racial Equality works in partnership with individuals and organisations for a fair and just society. One that values diversity and gives everyone an equal chance to work, learn and live free from discrimination, prejudice and racism.

You can use this website to make a complaint, compliment or suggestion about any service relating to Transport in London, including London Buses, River Services, Street Management, Taxi & Private Hire, Victoria Coach Station, Dockland Light Railway, Croydon Tramlink and London Underground as well as transport related issues such as Congestion Charging and Bus Lane Enforcement.
