The area office manages properties in the North of the borough located in Bishop's, Prince's, Oval, Vassall and Stockwell wards.

There are approximately 2000 leaseholders and 5400 tenanted properties in the area.

We offer a full range of housing management services to our residents, these include:

• Tenancy management
• Empty properties
• Allocations
• Estate cleaning
• Grounds maintenance
• Nuisance

A range of staff are based at the area office including housing Officers, Resident Participation Officers, Nuisance and Anti-Social Behaviour Officers and some Local Service Team Managers.

Tenants can come in to the office from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and see the Duty Housing Officer; there is also a Rent Officer on duty from 9.30am to 12.30pm Monday to Friday. Remember, you can visit any housing office which is convenient for you.

We also have a front counter staffed by the Lambeth Service Centre which is open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Minet Library housing surgery

In addition to the service provided at the main Kennington Lane office a housing surgery is held at Minet Library in Knatchbull Road

Surgery times: 9.30am to 12.30pm last Tuesday of every month.

7 days a week. They are open between 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday and 10am – 4pm Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.

We have 21 active registered Tenants and Residents Associations and we are keen to encourage other groups to become registered.
