The Corporate Complaints team deals with complaints about the services below.

If you are not sure which service area your complaint is about please forward the details to complaints@lambeth.gov.uk  and they will ensure that your complaint is forwarded to the correct department.

The corporate complaints team deals with complaints about the following:

  • Housing advice law 
  • Housing possessions and evictions
  • Legal action 
  • Local land charges
  • Monitoring contracts
  • Naming and numbering of new streets and properties
  • Property and planning
  • Switchboard
  • Tree preservation orders
  • Data protection

In addition to this the Corporate Complaint Unit investigates Stage 3 complaints concerning all council services on behalf of the Chief Executive, and acts as the first point of contact for all enquiries from the Local Government Ombudsman.

What happens next?

A letter of acknowledgment will be sent in 2 working days and a detailed Stage 3 response will be sent to you within 20 working days.
