This area office manages properties in the Stockwell and Vassall areas of Lambeth in the electoral wards of Larkhall, Stockwell and Vassall.

There are approximately 1550 leaseholders and 4225 tenanted properties in the area.

Opening times

Tenants can visit the office from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Remember, you can visit any housing office which is convenient for you.

You can also call the Lambeth Service Centre seven days a week. They are open between 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday and 10am – 4pm Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.
