Visit the Action for Blind People bus in Lambeth
We are delighted to invite you to find out about the latest aids and equipment available for blind and visually impaired people on board the Action for Blind People Mobile Resource Vehicle.
This special free event offers blind and visually impaired people, their families and friends, the chance to:
- Visit the Action for Blind Bus - learn about the latest products, try our new technology and gadgets available, and get advice and information from the Mobile Sight Loss Information Service team
- Meet members from Lambeth Vision and Braille - a new self-organised group for local blind and partially sighted people (more information on reverse)
- Visit Brixton Tate Library - and suggest ideas for improving services for visually impaired people and access to books, magazines etc to staff.
- Meet staff from Lambeth’s Sensory Services team and Lambeth Resource Centre
