You can report hate crime online by using our hate crime reporting eform.

Or you can send an email to yokiyo@lambeth.gov.uk or call us on 0207 926 2796.

You can also report hate crime by printing off one of the forms below and completing it by hand.

If you do not have access to a printer, call us on 0207 926 2796 to ask us to send you a copy of the form you need.
