Advice in Lambeth Service Centres
Weekly access to advice on Welfare Benefits and Tax Credits is available within Lambeth Service Centres at Olive Morris House and Gracefield Gardens.
Reception is available throughout the day. They will book appointments.
What if I need a home visit?
If you need a home visit, for example because you are disabled or have caring responsibilities then we will come and visit you at home.
You can make an appointment to access benefits advice services delivered by Lambeth Council Every Pound Counts Advice Team by visiting the centre or by calling the service on 020 7926 5555.
Appointments are available from 10am to 3 pm every Monday, but the appointments can be made on day between 9am to 5 pm through asking any of the staff to book you an appointment or asking staff to make a referral for you or calling the advice line on 020 796 5555.
There is a drop-in service available on a first-come first-served basis. See the receptionist staff first and they will deal with your problem or give you a make you an appointment.
The Centre is wheelchair accessible.
We can usually help people whatever language you speak by arranging an interpreter.
