Benefits and debt advice

Lambeth Council has a duty to make sure that it collects all the money that is owed to us for council tax or services. We need this money to provide services to everybody in Lambeth.

Our debt collection charter explains how we will collect money that is owed to us, what you are expected to do and what we will do if you have difficulty in paying.

The following organisations can also provide advice, information and representation on all aspects of welfare benefits and debt problems.
