Are you on a low income, Income Support, Jobseeker's Allowance (income based) or Pension Credit?
If you answer 'yes' to both the above questions you may be entitled to Council Tax Benefit.

Three simple steps and you could pay less council tax and rent.
- Download the Housing Benefit and Council Tax Benefit Claim Form, or request a form by calling the number or writing to the address below.
- Read the notes carefully before filling in the form.
- Fill in the form, sign and date it and return with all the proof we need.
If you feel that you may be entitled, please put in a claim for either Council Tax Benefit or Second Adult and Housing Benefit.
Please note if you are of working age, you cannot get Council Tax Benefit or Housing Benefit if you have savings of £16,000 or more.
