Business Premises Study
The council has published a study produced by consultants DTZ which looks at the current demand and supply of business premises in the borough. The study aims to deal with both economic development and planning issues around retaining and increasing business activity in the borough.
In overall terms the study has found that demand for business premises continues to be strong, but that growth in employment is constrained by the lack of available space.
