Application form to disapply the DPS requirement for a community premises with a Premises Licence
This application form can be used by certain 'community premises', to substitute the mandatory condition on their licence and remove the requirement to have an individual specified as the designated premises supervisor.
Community premises are subject to various legal restrictions and definitions, and we strongly advise that management committees contact us to discuss their plans prior to making an application.
