Form for notification of a property interest in a premises (section 178)
This application form can be used by freeholders, mortgagees or occupiers to give notification of a legal interest in a premises, under section 178 of the Licensing Act 2003.
Following receipt of a notification, the licensing authority will inform the notifier of any licensing applications made in respect of the specified premises in the following 12 months.
