Lambeth business questionnaires
The Lambeth business questionnaire is for suppliers responding to expression of interest advertisements.
It is part of The Lambeth Pre-qualification Process and is used by Lambeth procurement officers to ensure that companies are suitably qualified to carry out the services or supply the goods in terms of their financial and economic standing and technical capability.
The documents below are for suppliers' reference, to review in order to see what we will be asking of them in the first stages of the purchasing process. Firms who have been requested to complete the Low Value Business Questionnaire can download the Word version and complete and submit as requested.
The Lambeth Business questionnaire is used for purchases and contracts valued at £25,000 and greater and firms must complete this online. This PDF copy is provided as a reference only.
