Procure4London

Procure4London logoProcure4London is the 'one stop shop' for public sector procurement in the capital. It has been created by London Councils, as part of their Capital Ambition programme. Procure4London will enable all councils in London, as well as other public sector organisations, to share procurement information, contracts and best practice more easily than ever before. There are great benefits for businesses who want to supply goods and services to the public sector in London.

Procure4London will be a notice board for contracts across councils in London and Lambeth businesses can see what opportunities there are for supplying to local government in London. It is free for suppliers to browse through notices on Procure4London and express an interest in the opportunities. Procure4London also provides news and information to help suppliers respond to and deliver services for the London public sector.

Suppliers can register for specific alerts as well as upload a supplier profile to allow public sector buyers to see what goods or services they offer. Lambeth is committed to providing community benefit in procurement and contract management. Wherever practicable, we ask our key suppliers to source products and services locally, invest in Lambeth's economic community and use Lambeth's recruitment resources when seeking members of staff to work on our contracts.

Investors in People

Investors in People (IiP) is a national quality standard which sets best practice for improving an organisation's performance through its people. Lambeth achieved corporate IiP recognition in December 2004. Few other councils have achieved corporate recognition.
