The Lambeth pre-qualification process
Suppliers responding to an expression of interest advertisement may be asked to complete a Lambeth business questionnaire.
The questionnaire is used by Lambeth procurement officers to ensure that companies are suitably qualified to carry out the services or supply the goods.
The evaluation of all pre-qualification submissions is based on the economic and financial standing and technical capacity of firms applying.
The business questionnaire seeks information about:
- general company information
- technical capability
- client references
- financial information
- equality and diversity
- health and safety
- sustainability
- customer care (for service providers and suppliers only).
Firms will also be required to complete a declaration that the information provided is correct and that Lambeth can carry out financial and reference checks.
Completing the questionnaire
There are three different versions of the questionnaire depending on the nature of the contract being tendered for.
Each questionnaire contains detailed guidance on how they should be completed. If you have any further questions relating to the questionnaires, please contact the officer in charge of that procurement exercise directly.
Upon completion, suppliers should keep a copy of the business questionnaire for their records and send a soft copy to the email address on the expressions of interest advertisement. A signed, hard copy of the questionnaire (and any relevant documentation) should be sent to the postal address provided in the advertisement.
All business questionnaires submitted will be assessed and scored by the officer in charge of that procurement exercise.
