Vassall Elderly Project
The Vassall Elderly project was started in August 2001, in response to the lack of provision for elderly people in the Vassall Ward, especially from Black and Minority ethnic communities. The project is committed to the principle that all elderly people should be protected against the problem of social isolation, inequality and discrimination. The project has regular interactive demonstrations and presentations from local health and wellbeing service providers, as well as other workshops of interest to older people.
