Lambeth Community Safety Strategy 2005-2008
The four objectives of the strategy are:
- Prevention - addressing the causes of crime
- Engagement –"It's our borough"
- Reassurance - feeling safer
- Enforcement - taking action.
The six themes are:
- Drugs and alcohol
- Violent crime
- Young people
- Victims and witnesses
- Priority crime (including robbery, burglary, motor vehicle crime, anti-social behaviour/enviro-crime, kerb-crawling, prostitution and illegal drug dealing)
- Communication.
