Crime prevention - general information
Reducing crime and the fear of crime transforms the quality of life for our residents. Crime affects everyone, determining how people view their homes and neighbourhoods and affecting the choices made in daily life. Crime has stigmatised Lambeth, affecting our reputation and limiting our potential to attract investment and take advantage of the opportutnites of the borough's central London location.
Unfortunately crime remains high. Actions and efforts in crime prevention need to be sustained.
