The Mental Capacity Act (2005)

New users should click on the create new account button and note the following important information:

Under Directorate: Please choose LB Lambeth Health and Social Care.

The Department field gives you a number of options: Depending on the nature of your organisation you could choose one of the following: Adult Provider, Domiciliary Care Provider, External Care Provider, Elderly Day Centre or Voluntary Organisation etc. If you are a Carer please choose 'Other'.

Please also fill in the field which asks for Name of Organisation. If you are a Carer, please write it in this field.
