Contacting the Local Government Ombudsman
We hope that it will not be necessary, but if you have been
through each stage of our complaints process and you are still
not satisfied with the way that the council has handled your complaint then you can complain to the Local Government Ombudsman (LGO).
The Ombudsman deals with cases of maladministration and will accept complaints directly from members of the public.
