We would like to know what you think about the things we have written in this plan.

Please help us by giving your feedback and comments by filling in this questionnaire.

We will change the strategy, taking into consideration what people have said and a final approved plan will then be published at the beginning of next year.

We are interested in the views of as wide a range of people as possible - people with learning disabilities, families, carers, people who work with or in the services used by people with learning disabilities.
