Housing, Regeneration and Environment

The Housing, Regeneration and Environment department includes Planning, Housing Management and Property, Housing Strategy and partnerships, Regeneration and Enterprise (including 'Future Lambeth'), Resources and Valuation, Asset Management Services and environmental services.

The department's services range from managing 30,033 council homes and 10,117 leasehold properties, to regenerating and sustaining the fabric and environment of these homes. Regeneration and Housing also provides assistance to homeless families, and and supports those within the private sector.
