London Borough of Lambeth Pension Fund Employers' Open Day 2008
On 25 January 2008, the London Borough of Lambeth Pension Fund held its annual employers' open day at Lambeth Town Hall in Brixton. The event concentrated on the 2007 actuarial valuation and the new look Local Government Pension Scheme for 2008.
The 2008 Local Government Pension Scheme
A new-look Local Government Pension Scheme will be introduced in April 2008.
Not all the legislation is yet in place, and many aspects of the new scheme are still under discussion.
