Strategic Transformation

The Strategic Transformation team includes Business Transformation, Programme and Project Managers and Officers, focussed on not only on developing strategies for the council - the paths, in each service area, from where we are now to where we need to be - but more importantly, delivering those strategies, in partnership with frontline departments and staff.

The team works across both customer-facing and support service areas, and from the front to the back office, on integrated people, process and technology solutions to the core challenges that face us as a council today. This support is now being aligned and extended through the Local Area Agreement, with programmes and projects increasingly being developed and delivered in partnership with other local service providers, such as the Primary Care Trust.

Lambeth Transformation Academy

The Lambeth Transformation Academy (LTA) is a web-based toolkit designed to support the delivery of transformational change projects across the council.

This structured toolkit was developed in partnership with the Office of the Deputy Prime Ministers and is in use throughout the public sector worldwide. It contains a set of three inter-related project methodologies (programme and project management, business process re-engineering and change management) and includes guidance, information about techniques and template documents.

The LTA toolkit is available to public sector employees at the following link - www.lambethtransformationacademy.co.uk
