Adults' and Community Services (ACS) brings together adult social care, community safety and cultural services.
The Chief Executive is the most senior officer in the Council. Derrick Anderson, CBE, is the Chief Executive of Lambeth Council and started in post on 1 March 2006.
The Children and Young People's Service (CYPS) provides services for children and young people between the ages of 0-19 and their families living in Lambeth.
The department, headed by Mike Suarez, Executive Director of Finance and Resources, delivers some key frontline services such as customer services, council tax and benefits. It also supports service delivery through operational support and good legal and financial management across the council.
The Housing, Regeneration and Environment (HRE) department brings together housing, planning, economic development, property, adult education, physical regeneration (Future Lambeth), transport, public realm and town centres.
The Office of the Chief Executive is headed by Derrick Anderson, Chief Executive of Lambeth Council.
The Strategic Leadership Board (SLB) plays a fundamental role in determining the strategic direction of the council and makes sure we reach our goals.
