Data Protection and Freedom of Information

Freedom of Information Act disclosure log

From April 2011, we are publishing monthly logs summarising all Freedom of Information Requests received by the Council for each month, describing the reference number, date received and a summary of the information being requested.

The logs are published in CSV format. CSV is a simple text format for a database table. It is useful in publishing data, as it is machine readable, and allows for easier reuse and analysis. It can be opened using any spreadsheet or database program.

In order to comply with the Data Protection Act 1998, details of individuals who make the request are not included.

We are voluntarily disclosing this information in the interests of openness and accountability.

If you would like more information, you can submit a Freedom of Information request to foi@lambeth.gov.uk.
