Our Publication Scheme
As part of our commitment to openness and transparency we have adopted the Information Commissioner's model publication scheme for unitary local authorities.
How to access information
Any document which is available on our website can be found by using the links provided in this Publications Scheme or by searching for the document using site search. Library staff in the borough should also be able to help you find a document.

If you cannot find a document, have a complaint about our Publications Scheme or wish to receive information contained within our scheme in hardcopy or another language/format please contact us.

Advice for people with accessibility issues
- If you have no internet access:
You can access the Web free at any library in the borough.
- If you do not wish to use a computer:
Library staff will print you a copy of any document or will order you a copy (if applicable).
- Disability:
There is wheelchair access to borough libraries, customer services centres and Lambeth Town Hall.
Charges
Hard copies of documents listed as being provided online free of charge will normally be supplied without cost, unless otherwise specified. However, if the total number of pages to be copied is more that 50 pages we reserve the right to charge 10p for every subsequent A4 page printed (or 15p for A3 pages) as well as any postage costs.
Charges may also be made where information subject to a charging regime specified by Parliament and which has been outlined with our publication scheme.
If a charge is to be made, confirmation of the payment due will be given before the information is provided. Payment may be requested prior to provision of the information.
Written requests for information not contained within the scheme
Information held by the Council that is not published under this scheme can be requested in writing or email to the address provided above. Any such request will be considered in line with the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act and you should receive a full response to a formal request for information within 20 working days.
