Constitution Part 3 - Responsibilities for functions: Sections 1-3
Part 3 Sections 1-3 sets out the responsibilities and terms of reference of the council's various committees and panels, including the Cabinet and other executive functions. Part 3 (section 4) sets out the scheme of delegation to officers of the council, and the financial regulations. Part 3 (section 5) sets out the joint arrangements made between the council and other bodies.
