Adults' and Community Services performance digests
The performance and information systems team produces a monthly performance digest which is discussed regularly by the Health and Adults' Services Scrutiny Committee. The digest format has been reviewed to better meet the needs of councillors and officers by monitoring performance against the department's new priorities.
