Corporate Plan (2008 – 11)
The Corporate Plan sets out the council's vision, the medium term outcomes we want to achieve over the next three years, the targets we have set ourselves and the key improvement activities we will be undertaking throughout 2008/09.
The plan responds to residents concerns and the political priorities of our Labour administration. In addition, it also shows how we are helping to deliver the long term focus of Lambeth First’s (our Local Strategic Partnership) Sustainable Community Strategy and the Local Area Agreement.
The plan is updated each year to take account of new challenges that emerge and as such will be refreshed for 2009/10 as part of our service and financial planning/budget setting work.
