Who is Lambeth First?
Lambeth First is the borough's Local Strategic Partnership (LSP). It brings together local residents, communities, businesses, public sector, private sector and voluntary groups with the long-term vision of improving the quality of life for the people who live, work, study and play in Lambeth.
Lambeth First's 'partnership working' means that different ideas, plans and services support each other and work together. The partnership aims to make strategic decisions involving neighbourhoods in the borough and take action at a community level.
Lambeth Council is one of the partners in Lambeth First.
What is a Local Strategic Partnership (LSP)?
Local Strategic Partnerships (LSPs) are non-statutory, multi-agency partnerships, that match local authority boundaries. LSPs bring together at a local level the different parts of the public, private, community and voluntary sectors; allowing different initiatives and services to support one another so that they can work together more effectively.
