We work with a range of training providers and employers to help you to access training and get a job.
We want to help you:
- get the right skills to get the jobs that are available
- develop your talents and achieve your ambitions
- overcome the barriers that stop you from getting a job and help you to feel part of your local community
We are working towards achieving a target of 70% employment in the borough by 2012. Some of our key programmes to support people back to work include:
Green Man Skills Zone is based at Loughborough Junction and has been open since 2010. It provides training and employment advice to local people.
