This document outlines proposed priorities for targeted youth provision in the voluntary and community sector and how this fits with commissioned universal youth services, commissioned targeted 5-13 services and with statutory services provided by CYPS Youth Support Service.
It outlines the links required between targeted and universal and specialist services in order to meet the needs of young people with additional needs.This document should be read in conjunction with the Joint Youth Commissioning Strategy.
