LVAC Monitoring and evaluation for small groups training workshop

With greater competition for funding and demand for services, high quality monitoring and evaluation is increasingly important.

This workshop will consider monitoring and evaluation as a tool for learning and accountability. Participants will also practice developing simple monitoring and evaluation systems and frameworks.

This event will appeal to a range of learning styles, and include a number of activities and group discussions.

This training workshop is intended for small groups (therefore those who have 70 or less paid staff hours per week)

Learning outcomes

You will:

  • learn to introduce and discuss good practice monitoring and evaluation 
  • identify the planning stages involved in monitoring and evaluation
  • practice how to effectively capture projects outcomes and impact
  • consider a variety of monitoring techniques that can make evaluation more innovative and fun for your users, staff, volunteers and other stakeholders.

This is a free workshop, however there is a £15 refundable deposit required to confirm your place.

Places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
