Reporting racist incident monitoring for schools and nurseries

There is an eForm on the London Grid for Learning Portal for reporting racial incidents (RIMs) in schools and nurseries.

Schools have a statutory duty to report racist incidents to the LEA and provide a termly monitoring report as part of the recommendations of the Stephen Lawrence Inquiry Report.

Please note this service is for Lambeth schools and nurseries only. It will not work if you do not use a Lambeth school computer.

How does it work?

  • Simply log on to the LGFL, via www.rim.lambeth.lgfl.net
  • Fill in the appropriate form online, and click submit on completion.
  • An email with your data will immediately be sent to the Customer Care Officer who collates the information for the LEA.

Who can use it?

Anyone who works in a school, who has the role of reporting RIMs to the LEA.

Can we still submit paper forms?

Paper forms will be accepted for the autumn returns but we will only accept electronic submissions thereafter.
