This form is also available in community languages.
Please note this form is only to be used for children transferring from primary to secondary school in 2008. For all other Lambeth secondary school year groups please apply to the school directly.
If you want to apply for a school in a different local authority, application processes and deadlines may vary, please contact the relevant local authority for details.
Supplimentary forms
Supplementary application forms need to be obtained from the relevant school/s directly and returned to these schools.
Please do not contact the London Borough of Lambeth as we do not supply these forms.
Before you complete a Common Application Form, you should be able to answer these four questions:
- Do you know which schools you are applying for?
- Have you visited your chosen schools and read all of the relevant information about them?
- Does your child match your chosen schools entrance criteria?
- Do you know which school you would prefer your child to attend?
