Supplementary information forms

Some schools require a Supplementary Information Form (SIF) in addition to the CAF. The SIF asks for further details which assists schools in applying their admissions criteria. The SIFs for Lambeth schools can be obtained from the schools directly. For schools in other boroughs that require a SIF, please contact that school directly for a form or the school admissions team in the borough where the school is to obtain a copy.

All completed SIFs have to be submitted to the school by their deadline, usually 15 January 2012.

If you wish to apply for schools in other boroughs you should ask the borough concerned for information on its admission arrangements, especially as their deadline dates differ.
