Secondary transfer 2011 Common Application Form

Common Application Form for Secondary Schools Year 7 for 2011 - to be used by Lambeth residents only. 

Please note this form is only to be used for children transferring from primary to secondary school in 2011. For all other Lambeth secondary school year groups please apply to the school directly.

If you want to apply for a school in a different borough, application processes and deadlines may vary, please contact the relevant borough for details.

Supplementary information forms

Supplementary information forms need to be obtained from the relevant school/s directly and returned to these schools. 

Before you complete a Common Application Form, you should be able to answer these four questions:

• Do you know which schools you are applying for?
• Have you visited your chosen schools and read all of the relevant information about them?
• Does your child match your chosen schools entrance criteria?
• Do you know which school you would prefer your child to attend?
