Agreement that CAF will act as the referral tool to Referral assessment and SEN and CAMHS
Finalise line and matrix management arrangements

Expand Area Teams/TAC to include post 11 service provision
CAF training extended to include school staff ,GPS and CAMHS workers

Joint Working Agreement with CAMHS

CAF used to replace the multi-agency referral for Social Care

Move into stage III TAC
Engage TYS through TAC by providing integrated support for young people post 11
6 CAMHS Intervention workers to be managed by TAC Area Managers
EYC Transferred to TAC
