Stay and Play - One O'Clock Clubs

Lambeth has 12 Stay and Play venues that provide activities for children on weekday afternoons in our parks and green spaces. Stay and Play sessions are open from 12.30 to 3.30pm, 3 days a week, all year around. They are free to use - just drop in during opening hours.

Who can go to Stay and Play?

All children under five with their parent or carer.

Older siblings up to the age of 11 can attend in the school holidays as long as they are accompanying a child under five and their parent or carer.

What does the Stay and Play service offer?

• an informal and friendly atmosphere for parents and carers
•  a range of indoor activities in warm buildings or outside in safely-fenced grassy areas
• Stay and Play staff who are trained to encourage your children to play safely and happily
• special events throughout the year, including cultural festivals
• Stay and Play sessions - activities include sand and water play, painting, slides and climbing frames, cycling, dressing up, reading, games and story telling.

The Stay and Play (One O'Clock Clubs) work in partnership with Lambeth children's centre services and many children's centres run sessions onsite, most venues have activities running outside their normal opening hours.
