Young Lambeth is our website for children and young people. It hosts a service directory for children and young people as well as pages dedicated to Lambeth Youth Council, Summer University, the Check The Label campaign and the Holiday Activites Programme.

Lambeth Youth Service
The youth service provides opportunities for young people aged 11 to 24 years during evenings, weekends and holiday time.
This service is delivered in partnership with voluntary youth groups using a combination of building-based youth work, streetwork and specialist workers.
We maintain a list of Lambeth-run youth clubs and voluntary groups and clubs. Contact the Youth Service on:

Play
Children need to play to develop their potential. Physical, intellectual, emotional, social and communication skills are developed through play, which is the natural instinctive mechanism by which children develop their abilities, explore creativity and learn about themselves, others and the world.
Lambeth has 12 adventure playgrounds and many parks and green spaces.
