Who to contact if you have complaints and concerns about dogs.
Animal cruelty
If you suspect that an animal is being subjected to any form of cruelty then the only organisation that can legally deal with this is the Royal Society for the Protection of Cruelty to Animals (RSPCA). You can call them on 0300 1234 999.
Barking dogs
If you are regularly disturbed by a barking dog contact our noise control team on 020 7926 6111. You can also complain online using our noise and pollution eform.
Dangerous dogs
If you have a complaint about a dangerous or banned dog contact the police on 0300 123 1212.
Dog fouling
If you have a complaint about dog fouling contact our anti-social behaviour line 0207 926 4000 from Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm. Messages are taken at all other times.
If you want request your street to be cleaned contact our streetcare team on 020 7926 9000 or streetcarecallcentre@lambeth.gov.uk. You can also request for street cleaning or sweeping online.
