Food Safety and Infectious Diseases Enforcement Policy
The Food Safety Act 1990 requires local authorities to enforce the provisions of the Act. Lambeth's Regulatory Services policy ensures that those who handle food for commercial purposes within the Borough meet appropriate standards of food safety.
