Future Lambeth
Future Lambeth is the council's ambitious long-term regeneration programme. Working with partners both public and private Future Lambeth aims to develop and deliver major investment projects that will encourage physical, social and economic improvements in the borough.
Future Lambeth builds on the work of the Revitalise programme and is managed by the Regeneration and Housing division of Lambeth Council. A detailed Regeneration Delivery Plan is currently being developed, focusing on delivery in town centre areas.

The council is currently developing a masterplan for the norwood area, in consultation with local residents and businesses, and looking at other regeneration opportunites.
The council is currently developing a masterplan for the Streatham High Road area, in consultation with local residents and businesses. Plans to bring a new state-of-the-art ice rink, swimming pool and leisure centre to Streatham are also underway as part of the project known as the Streatham Hub development.
